After looking for a used motorhome at many RV Dealers in the Grand Rapids area & in the Detroit area, I was sick of the insincerity & pushiness of many. Our very nice salesman, Derek, offered a No pressure, but plenty of information, experience. He is very knowledgeable and truly seems to want to help you find what you’re looking for. Tim, who gave us our tour on pick up day, explained everything about our motorhome & gave us so much useful information. Derek was an absolute gem to work with. Everything from purchasing to delivery was top notch. Derek let my husband and I spend plenty of time looking the camper over to decide if it was the right one for us. Since we live about 200 miles away, Derek arranged for everything to be done on Saturdays. I cannot remember the service techs name but we truly appreciate you coming in on your day off to show us how everything works on the camper! Derek and the service tech were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. No one was pushy about the sale which made me much more comfortable (I loathe pushy sales). Overall, I give our experience 10/10 and would certainly come back for another purchase.Kevin SnyderOctober 25, 2021.I have bought 2 new pontoons from Lynden and was extremely happy with both. My cabin is on Houghton Lake and they made delivery easy and the staff and all there were great to deal with. Prices were very fare and the owner himself delivered it both times and the 1st boat I had them store it for the 1st 3 yrs and he picked it up himself and delivered it each time. The second boat they stored it the 1st year to fix any problems after the 1st year and to service the new engine. I traded in the 1st pontoon and they gave me an excellent trade in price and I upgraded in size and motor.
